Delicious rye chocolate chip cookies fast, simple and healthy.
And here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 cups rye flakes (grinded)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut flakes
10 ounces chocolate chips or chunks
Directions:
Melt butter with sugar and vanilla sugar on low heat. Set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl mix together grinded rye flakes, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs to the cooled-down butter mixture and pour it into the bowl with flour. Gently mix and add coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
Form balls, about one heaping tablespoonful worth each, then flatten them and put on a baking pan covered with baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes at 300 F.
Let cool for at least 3 minutes before removing them from the baking pan. When completely cool store in an airtight container.
