Garlic and Bacon Bread Delights

Simple and delicious snack for every occasion.
Here is how to prepare it.



Ingredients:

Dough
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
½ package of yeast (about 2 teaspoons)

Filling
1 stick butter (softened)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon rosemary
2 egg yolks

Directions

Sift flour and make a well. Pour a cup of warm water into it. Add sugar, a pinch of flour and yeast. Let yeast start to activate (10-15 minutes). Add salt, oil and the rest of water and start kneading until you can form a ball. Cover and let the dough rise for one hour. Knead again, cut dough in half and form two balls. Cover and let rise for another hour.
Cut bacon into smaller pieces and cook it in a pan with a little olive oil.
Make the filling. Stir together all the ingredients and mix well.
Roll out the dough. Spread half of the filling and sprinkle with bacon bits. Make a roll and cut it into one-inch pieces. Place them in a baking pan, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 338 F.
Before putting rolls in the oven, spread them with egg whites and sprinkle with various seeds such as flaxseeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds.
Bake until golden, approximately 30 minutes.
