Spring Breakfast Dish w/ Eggs And Asparagus

For two people you will need the following:

Ingredients
2 table spoons olive oil
2-3 cups of cut asparagus
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper





Directions
Cut asparagus into smaller pieces.












Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook and stir asparagus until it starts to soften (3-4 minutes).
Stir in eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with a slice of bread or toast and enjoy warm.
